Description
I like to storyboard a script before turning it into comic book layouts. This helps me separate content ideas from design ideas, and clarify the flow of action visually. I’ll often change things going into the page(angles, transitions, etc), as the boards just act as a first draft. Once the action is out of my head and onto the page in some form, I can focus on design. It seems like an extra step, but confidence is important when working on pages and this step takes a lot of the doubt out of the process.
